Towards the destination…

Starting from zero of our mega project, we now did most of the work that we lined up. As I mentioned in a previous blog that we are successful in creating social media platforms, gathering the audience and setting a logo for our organization.

We have gathered almost more than 85 people in this cause through our social media platforms on Facebook and Instagram both. And for this, all the appreciation goes to our team members Muntaha and Usama for doing active promotions of our organization everywhere. Applauses for the whole team too!!!

Next thing we did, after gathering the audience, was create a welcome post. This post was to show gratitude to our followers, who joined their hands for the cause of providing a platform for mental illness sufferers. Gratitude is the way of showing the importance of your audience or people whom you care about. It clearly shows your positive attitude towards them. So we did exactly the same.

According to our timeline, we now needed the strategy for engaging our audience. For that, I and Abeer discussed this briefly and came up with the idea that we should line up the topics that we are going to post.

After deciding about the content of the post, we needed the template on which we have to write the quotes alongside with the captions related to that post. So, in this work Wali helped us with the posters. He firstly shared the first template which was good but there was very little space to write the quotes. So that was rejected. After that, he came up with the second template which was approved after some minor changes.

Now after all the things get done, we have to post our content on social media platforms to engage with our followers who are waiting for our content.

As, our members have some engagements respective to their academics and others. So, we played smartly at this time and decided to schedule our posts. This would ease our members to not feel over burden themselves and they have their own time to schedule their posts whenever they want, but minimum one post is a must for a day.

As all of the updates has been mentioned. The major problem that we all have noticed is time management. We are not really giving the dedicated time to our project but somehow at the end, we managed to make our progress successful.

To overcome this problem, we have decided that whenever any member is free, he or she would have to serve their time for the mega project to maintain its sustainability. Moreover, we have planned to post daily on our social media platforms and stay active to not lose any of our followers.

Furthermore, we have gathered almost more than 70 people in this cause through our social media platforms on Facebook and Instagram both. And for this, all the appreciation goes to our team members Muntaha and Usama for doing active promotions of our organization everywhere.

In the end, I just want to add, whatever work we did so far. It is only because of the principle ‘Aik or Aik Gyara’. It is the most effective tool for making so much success.
