Productive time is always being a big challenge.

Procrastination is the big issue due to which a lot of time is wasted only by thinking over and over again and not doing anything. To overcome my procrastinating habit, I have eaten a frog with a Pomodoro (alarm).

Brain Tracy written a book named ‘Eat the Frog’ to tell us the ways to stop procrastination which is really a bad habit.

Mark Twain said that eat one live frog daily to terminate procrastination from your life. Here, ‘eat the frog’ means that you have to do your daily task without any interruption and disturbance.

As I have already written that I ate frog with a Pomodoro which means that I have started my task with the timer ⏲ on and completed it. The task was to complete the online course within one hour so I set the timer according to it and start working on it. While, I was doing it, distraction (in forms of checking notifications or scroll Facebook) popped in but I pulled out that distraction out of my mind and completed my course before the time.

In this way, I ate the frog and came out of my procrastination phase which was a bit challenging task or me to get done.

“Procrastination is the thief of time, collar him.”
— Charles Dickens, David Copperfield
