“Nothing ever becomes real until it is experienced.”
― John Keats
First ever decision taken by myself for entirely myself was to join Amal Career Prep Fellowship. I was so afraid that whether it would be a fruitful decision for me or would I regret it later why I joined Amal Academy. But, all the balloons of overthinking were burst out one by one within the passage of time for this fellowship.
Amal Academy is doing great in providing platform for students to enhance and polish their soft skills which are really important for an individual’s professional life. Hats off to the whole team of Amal!!
“It takes a big heart to help shape little minds.”
Firstly, I want to pay my gratitude towards our Program Manager Sir Zaki and Ma’am Namra. throughout our fellowship, these two amazing people made this fellowship easier for us. Starting the sessions with their beautiful smile and full of energy keeps us motivated through out the session. Thankyou so much :)
“Being able to help someone to learn is a talent.”
— Margaret Riel
Literally speaking, it is not an easy task to wake up early mornings on weekends for sessions, when every one is sleeping at your home. But this dedication towards learning more and more; really has a worth. I have already experienced it through different online courses and projects works that are truly based on an individual’s personal and professional development.
Highlighting the most important parts that I have really enjoyed in the fellowship; breakout room activities, blog writing, Passenger series, Interview session and the list goes on…
Coming towards what Amal has given me besides all the learnings I have got so far. I met some amazing fellows here who are really good by heart, supportive and always ready to help. In the first two weeks, our batch was divided into different learning groups which remained same for two weeks. From that, I have found my support system and still that group exists and we renamed that group with ‘Amal Friends ❤’.
After that, I have been tested to check my leadership skills :D For the Mega Project, I was made the leader by the team members. In the starting few days, I was so hesitated that how would I do the responsibility what I was assigned to do so. But, gradually it all went smoothly because my team is so amazing and supportive and literally I have no shame in saying, “This group have my HEART ❤.” We do every kind of conversation on this group, whether it is related or not related to our mega project just to keep our group alive :p. Hope it will continue, even after the fellowship ends 🙏

Ending my reflection with this amazing quote which spreads positivity all around.
“Be thankful for what you have; you’ll end up having more. If you concentrate on what you don’t have, you will never, ever have enough.”
— Oprah Winfrey
